The Pro 16 Gen2 has a lot more oomph than the Cintiq 16. You're getting much nicer (and way more modern) tech for the price with the XP Pen right now!

16 is a great in-between, and from what I've seen offer the best bang for your buck. I've yet to see a feature loaded device over 16in for a good price! Hopefully soon.

They updated the icons! You can always find other arrows to your liking or create your own too. Or just use a black icon, and throw an ascii arrow in there as the title 🡸 🡺 🡹 🡻 🡼 🡽 🡾 🡿

I use Paint Tool Sai 2. I'd recommend looking into Krita and Clip Studio Paint.

Hahaha. So that Huion is really nice. Great specs all around. But for the price, I don't think I can warrant it. Price to performance, the Pro 16 gen2 is nicer.

@@XPISigmaArt if price isn't an issue would you still recommend it? or is the pro 16 gen2 just in general the superior tablet? it seems like both tablets are extremely similar in terms of quality so I've had a difficult time comparing the two.

The Pro 16 GEN2 honestly offers much more bang for your buck. It's not touch or 4k, but it's double the pressure sensitivity and just a few inches smaller (and half the price). I personally would go for the Artist Pro 16 GEN2 in this case! I recommend to check out more vids about the GEN2. But if you're set, I'd appreciate using my store link in my description if you go the XP Pen route :)

@@artami3074not a pro here but i draw often as a hobby so take my opinion with a grain of salt. The 16k pressure sensitivity feels like no different than 8k sensitivity cintiq gives heck i would even say you WILL NOT NOTICE the difference between a 4k vs 16k pressure levels. It all comes down to drawing expirience and how good the Pen draws and well no surprise wacom wins that and by quite a margin. The competitors are getting better but wacom pens SPECIFICALLY Wacom pro pen 2 stays as the best pen i have ever touched, it has no real issues like Wobbly diagonal lines on huion and xp pen tablets. For that i had bought a kamvas 2021 and the PW550 Slim pen which the newer tablets comes with and it still does have wobbly lines although reduced and hey they also got rid of the Iconic huion taper after drawing a line.

Make a folder and plop in those hot keys, and a back button!

@@XPISigmaArt sorry if I didn't explained clearly... Take example of a game that to activate something I need to press 6-7 keys, how to I configure one button and pressed that will automatically run the 6-7 keys ?

@@robertleow9987 Ohh like a macro sequence! So find Operation Flow, and drag Action Flow into a button-square. From there, double click and you'll see an empty area. Drag in the hotkeys you want/mouse presses/etc. That'll be your inputs. Put a delay between them (under Operation Flow) and you can make macros looks like! I haven't personally tested it out yet, I'll play with it later after I finish work.

There are different plugins, but OBS, Photoshop and stuff like that is there. Also you can make your own hotkey shortcuts so if it's not available you can just make it.

I've used a lot of tablets and I've never encountered that! I'd say treat it like the usual. Don't bend it, drop it, and be gentle with it always. Manufacturing errors like that can't be totally avoided so don't sweat that too much, just be as safe as you can be! (also kind of related, I drop my pen multiple times a day and it still functions, if that says anything)

@@XPISigmaArt Thanks for the fast reply! Their service is really great; it kind of surprises me how they've guessed the problem correctly. Before I asked them on their website's live chat, the problem started on itself, like the screen literally flickers and malfunctions at times. Then I asked their service about this issue; they told me and asked me to press the upper edge of the tablet. After doing so, the tablet showed some problems like the one I mentioned above, and they replied back that this was a company issue or defect, as it seems. I was honestly impressed by their service to be able to guess the problem without checking the tablet physically. The replacement process has been great so far, with no issues at all, and it went smoothly after I returned the defective tablet to them. I hope my experience will help others that are planning to buy this tablet as well, rest assured! their warranty service is really great based from my experiences.

Thank you! and lastly, because the tablet is so thin, you will feel it is bendy and fragile every time you carry it. I truly suggest that you all use a longer and bigger tablet holder that perfectly fits its size. I use a book holder that is large enough to support the entire tablet. Since the tablet is heavy and slender, I wouldn't really advise using a little tablet holder for it as it may hurt the tablet over time. I hope this is useful for your viewers!

Get the GEN2, the upgrades are totally worth it for the price! Huion are good but I haven't had direct experience with it. If you do end up purchasing an XP-Pen, please consider my links in the description :)

I've never found it too small for Clip Studio, Sai, Mojo, or Adobe Animate. Plus, if something is too small you can always change Windows display scaling to be higher. But I always use it at 100% and it's fine for me.

Unfortunately nope. I found you need to back up the folder that stores the settings, which I'm pretty sure is the install folder itself.

The sketch can take the longest usually. But if it goes well, then 2 to 3 hours is a good estimate! Can take longer though for sure.
